Ndapile graduated with an Honors Degree in Physiotherapy in 2014 and has worked in a clinical setting since. She has experience working in a hospital setting and enjoys working with both children and adults . She has special interests in Clinical Pilates and has undergone training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She uses a wide range of plans from this and incorporates it into her patient rehabilitation program, making the process more functional and fun and ensuring treatment and session plans keep pace with the rapid advancements that make Physiotherapy and Pilates so effective.

Her approach to patient management integrates a holistic view of an individual, which not only involves identifying the presenting symptoms, but also the cause as to why the issue occurred. This gives the patient an insight and understanding into the problem, subsequent management using a range of strategies which best align to each individual she treats.

Not only does she treat injuries, she also looks at preventative strategies and setting goals with her patients no matter how small or big and working with them to achieve these goals while making the experience an enjoyable one.

Ndapile is family oriented and when she’s not working enjoys spending time with her family. Being a mom challenges her to learn and do new things every day, allows her to work hard and be creative, and also gives her the opportunity to serve others in a very meaningful way. When at home enjoys spending time in the kitchen trying out new recipes. She also enjoys travelling and exploring new places.
